A Comeback for the Books: 3rd Overall in the 2026 WA State MX & ATV Championship.

Missing the opening round of a championship is usually enough to write off a season—but Evan had other plans. After being sidelined for Round 1 of the WA State MX & ATV Championship due to injury, the odds were heavily stacked against a podium finish. 

Entering Round 2 sitting dead last in the standings, Evan faced further adversity with a DNF due to bike issues. Despite only scoring points in two of the three races, his relentless pace allowed him to climb to 12th overall.

The momentum shifted dramatically in Round 3, where Evan secured a hard-fought Overall Win, catapulting him into 7th place in the series standings.

For the final showdown in Round 4, Evan delivered a dominant performance. Securing two race wins and a 3rd-place finish, he took 1st Overall for the round. That final push in the final round was enough to secure 3rd Overall in Western Australia for the 2026 series. It was a masterclass in resilience and proof that you never give up, no matter the setbacks.
